The federal government established the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in 1977 to encourage banks to meet the credit needs of the communities where they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods. Banks must also make their CRA files available to the public through their website and update the files to be current as of April 1 of each year.
All written comments received from the public for the current year and each of the two prior calendar years that specifically relate to the bank’s performance in helping to meet community credit needs and any response to the comments by the bank.

A list of the bank’s branches, their street addresses and census tracts.
A list of branches opened or closed by the bank during the current year and each of the prior two calendar years.
A list of retail banking services generally offered at the bank’s branches including hours of operation, available loan and deposit products and transaction fees.
A map of each facility-based assessment area showing the boundaries of the area and a list of the census tracts contained in the area.
The HMDA data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data shows the geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available online
The bank’s loan-to-deposit ratio for each quarter of the prior 2 calendar years.
